Heat BBL Head Coach - Dan Vettori
A Brisbane Heat foundation player and legend of the game, Dan Vettori will enter BBL|06 in his second season as the club's head coach. Dan played 15 games for the Heat across three seasons, taking 15 wickets, while also being named the club's Player of the Season in BBL|03.
After a distinguished 18-year international career that saw him play 442 matches and take 705 wickets across all formats, Dan has moved his attention to coaching where he also leads the Royal Challengers Bangalore in the Indian Premier League.
His durability and all-round ability as a player is highlighted by the fact he has 6 Test centuries and close to 7,000 international runs to his name.

Heat BBL Assistant Coach - Shane Bond
Assistant Coach Shane Bond makes up an all-Kiwi partnership of the Brisbane Heat alongside his longtime international teammate Dan Vettori.
Recognised as one of New Zealand's finest fast bowlers, Bondy took 259 international wickets in a brilliant career that was unfortunately riddled with injury interruptions.
Bondy has previously enjoyed a stint as New Zealand's Bowling Coach, while he enjoys the same role with the Mumbai Indians in the IPL.
Heat WBBL Coach - Andy Richards
Andy is the Brisbane Heat's foundation Women's Big Bash League Coach and also leads the Queensland Fire in the WNCL.
Richo led Queensland to their first ever women's cricket trophy when the Fire took out the WT20 competition in 2014.
Heat WBBL Assistant Coach - Scott Prestwidge
Presto will also come into WBBL|02 in his second season with the Brisbane Heat.
The former Queensland Bull is molding the next generation of cricketers in more ways than one, with his daughter Georgia making her QLD debut in 2015-16, while son Jack has joined the Bulls program as a rookie this season.
