FAQs - Having any Heat VR issues? Try our trouble shooting queries below.

1. What devices does the app work on?
The app can be installed for free on Apple (iOS) and Google (Android) supported devices, please see below for minimum requirements. All devices must have a camera.

2. What is the minimum iOS requirements?
Requires iOS 9.3 or later. Compatible with iPhone 5 or above and iPod touch with camera.

3. What is the minimum Android requirement?
Our app uses the latest technology in AR (Augmented Reality) & 360 Videos which requires hardware that varies with device. As a minimum, you will require  Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop) installed your phone. Please note, that your phone must have the required hardware and phone manufacturer to upgrade to Android 5.1.1. Due to the nature of our Android devices and manufacturers around the world, we are unable to provide a definitive list but as a guide only, you can refer here: https://www.androidpit.com/android-lollipop-update-overview-for-smartphones-and-tablets.

3. What hardware does my phone need?
Your phone will require a camera as well as the hardware capabilities to run the software versions above as well as an accelerometer.
