Ticket Inclusions
Patrons will be seated in Section 11 (Silver seat). Each Facebook Fan Bay ticket entitles the holder to a Brisbane Heat Facebook merchandise pack which includes one t-shirt and one headband. Tickets are limited and additional packs are not available to purchase.

Sizes
T-shirt sizes are limited to adult and child. The best endeavours will be made to provide an accurately sized shirt based on either an adult or child size. Brisbane Heat cannot guarantee all t-shirts will fit. There will be no refunds or compensation if the t-shirt doesn’t fit. Adult and Concession ticket holders will be issued with an adult-size t-shirt while Child ticket holders will receive a child-size t-shirt.
Merchandise Pack Collection
Redemption of the merchandise pack is only available at the match for which the ticket has been purchased. Packs are not available for collection before or after the match and will not be sent if the ticket holder is unable to attend the match.
Packs are available for collection at the Gabba inside Gate 7 from the Facebook Collection Point. Collection is only available during the following times:
- Match 1, Sunday 9 December 2012, 3.30pm – 6pm
- Match 2, Tuesday 18 December 2012, 5pm – 8pm
- Match 3, Thursday 3 January 2013, 5pm – 8pm
- Match 4, Monday 7 January 2013, 5pm – 8pm
Match ticket must be shown to redeem the merchandise pack.
