Heat Girls League Set For QLD Launch

After the successful launch of the Heat Girls League in Brisbane, the grassroots competition is set to take over Queensland in 2017.

Fresh from the Brisbane Heat's success in the second season of the Women's Big Bash League, the Heat in association with Queensland Cricket and Cricket Australia are launching the Heat Girls League across Queensland. 

Designed to encourage cricket as a sport for all Australians, the Girls Heat League invites young players and teams of all abilities to get involved. 

In 2017, the Girls Heat League will head to Brisbane, Mackay, Atherton, the Gold Coast, Gympie, the Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba and Townsville.
