Josie Dooley in action for the Heat in WBBL|04

Brisbane Heat trio Josie Dooley, Courtney Sippel and Charli Knott have been named in Australia's Under 19 squad for an upcoming tour of New Zealand.

The call up continues a meteoric rise for all three players who have enjoyed standout summers.

Having just turned 19, Dooley made her Women's Big Bash League debut earlier this summer and has been a reliable performer in the Brisbane Heat middle order, highlighted by back-to-back knocks of 44 not out and 48 not out. She is likely to line up in this weekend's WBBL Final.

Still both in high school, Sippel and Knott were named in the Heat's squad this season and have impressed in training and were part of the Queensland Under 18 team that won the recent national championships.

The Australian Under 19 tour of New Zealand will feature three 50 overs games and one Twenty20.
