• What is a Blast Pass?

  A Blast Pass is a complimentary junior membership included when you register for a Woolworths Cricket Blast program. It provides access to two Brisbane Heat home matches during the summer, allowing participants to experience the excitement of the BBL live at the Gabba.

• How do I redeem a Blast Pass?

  Your Blast Pass is automatically created during your PlayHQ registration and opt in during the sign-up process. Once your account has been created, you will receive a welcome email containing a link that allows you to select and redeem your tickets for two eligible Brisbane Heat home matches.

• Is a Blast Pass only redeemable for select games or across the entire W/BBL seasons?

  The Blast Pass can be redeemed for eligible Brisbane Heat BBL home matches at the Gabba, subject to availability. We recommend redeeming your tickets as early as possible to secure your preferred matches.

• If I am a QLD Woolworths Cricket Blast participant, can I only redeem my Blast Pass for Brisbane Heat home games?

  Yes. As a Queensland Woolworths Cricket Blast participant, your Blast Pass is valid for Brisbane Heat home matches at the Gabba.

• I am a parent of a participant with a Blast Pass, do I get discounted tickets on individual or family bundles for these games?

  Yes. Parents and family members have access to  discounted tickets within the dedicated Blast Pass seating area when purchasing additional tickets. In addition receive a 20% discount on General Public ticket prices for eligible matches at the Gabba.

• I am a parent of a participant with a Blast Pass, can I purchase tickets in the same bay as the allocated seating for Blast Pass tickets?

  Yes. The ticket redemption link allows you to redeem your participant's complimentary ticket and purchase additional tickets for family and friends in the same designated seating area, subject to availability.

• Can I still get a Blast Pass if I forgot to opt in during sign up?

  Yes. If you forgot to opt in during registration, please contact your Community Cricket Officer and provide your PlayHQ registration confirmation. They will be able to assist with creating your Blast Pass account.

• Can I still get a Blast Pass if I redeem a Play On! Voucher for my participant's registration?

  Yes. Using a Play On! Voucher does not affect your eligibility for a Blast Pass. The voucher helps subsidise registration costs, while the Blast Pass is available to eligible participants who opt in to the program.
