Account

    • Login to your Brisbane Heat membership account from your mobile device. https://am.ticketmaster.com/brisbaneheat/
    • Under the tab ‘membership details’ go to ‘my events’.
    • Click on the relevant game and follow the prompts to retrieve the barcodes for your seats.
    • If are yet to redeem your 2-game membership no events will show in that section to scan in. Please refer to the how to redeem guide.
    • Please note that all members have a digital barcode for entry, so if you forget your members card you can still scan in.
  • Absolutely!

    Your membership can be upgraded at any point before the season if you are not on auto-renewal. Simply login to the Brisbane Heat membership page and choose the membership you are after.

    If you are on auto-renewal, simply email membership@brisbaneheat.com.au and we can upgrade/change your membership as requested.

  • The member rewards program is benefit to all Brisbane Heat members in 2024-25.

    The Heat rewards program will allow our members exclusive discounts for being a Heat member with these businesses to enjoy during the off-season.

    • Please follow the Brisbane Heat membership link to login to your account https://am.ticketmaster.com/brisbaneheat/
    • You will need to login to your account with the email address used at payment of your membership.
    • Once you have signed into the Ticketmaster Brisbane Heat membership site you will have access to your account and member benefits.

     

    • Membership’s including member packs (Full season 5 game members only) will be sent through our fulfilment company within 10 days of purchasing a membership from July 1.
    • The last day to purchase a membership to receive your membership fulfilment items in the post including a member’s card is December 1st
    • All memberships purchased after this date will be fully digital (no physical membership card).
  • Yes, within the first few weeks of the renewal period please reach out to membership@brisbaneheat.com.au and you can change your seats. Please note that there is no guarantee of the seats you are after.

  • Members can update their details via their Ticketmaster account. Simply log in using your username (email address) and password to make the necessary changes in the membership portal.

Access

  • Yes! All ticketed membership options are inclusive of entry to at all Brisbane Heat home WBBL games in WBBL10.

    • All 2 game Membership is digital. You will need to allocate and reserve your own seats for each of the two games you wish to visit. You will need to login to your account & exchange the seats for each game.
    • You must pre-reserve your membership seats before arriving for the game.
    • You will need to scan in using the barcodes in your account after exchanging for each game.
    • Member benefits also include 20% off general ticketing, presale advantage for finals, 10% off Merchandise, and access to member rewards.
    • The only membership packs to receive any physical members packs are 5 game members (Platinum, Gold, Silver).
    • 5 Game Members will receive the following per primary account:
      • 1 x Fixture Magnet
      • 1 x Membership card per member
      • 1 x Lanyard per member
      • 1 x Membership welcome wallet
    • 5 Game Junior Members will also receive items at BBL match collection:
      • 1 x Junior Plastic Water bottle
      • 1 x Mini Autographic Bat & marker
    • Only 5 Game members have access to a physical membership card. All other membership products are fully digital in BBL14. If you have misplaced your card, you will need to use your member barcode in your Brisbane Heat membership account online.
    • This is also how you can gain entry to games if your membership card hasn’t arrived.
    • Members are allowed early access to purchase tickets.
    • Further details on finals will be released if the team are in contention for the final’s series.

     

    • Children under 5 are free to all BBL Gabba games. However, they must be sitting on the lap of the guardian/parent who have purchased a ticket/membership.
    • All members on autorenewal have the opportunity to reapply for their membership to include new members and choose different seats.
    • However, once the season has started members can only purchase public tickets at a discounted rate. We highly recommend purchasing the Flexi pass membership as an additional purchase to allow you to sit with friends for single games if you have a 2-game membership.
    • 5 Game membership will have access to 2 x Guest Passes in Section 417-420 to use for one of the home games in BBL14.
    • Members will be able to decide where they sit before checkout. All 5 game members will have their seats locked in after checkout for the remainder of the season.
    • 2-Game GA members have reserved seating in sections 417-420 and need to redeem their seats prior to game day.
    • 2-Game Hotspot members have reserved seating in section 339-340 and need to redeem their seats prior to game day.
    • Yes, all members have access to fan day which will be held at Allan Border Field in 2024. Further details due to be announced and communicated via email.
    • If you are unable to make a game as a 5-game member your membership can be passed onto someone else to use for the game. No refunds are possible. You can either download and send your membership barcode via the Ticketmaster Brisbane Heat login, or, pass on your physical membership card to someone else for that game.
    • If you are choosing to download your barcode you will need to do so from a mobile device.

General

    • The Brisbane Heat have commissioned TME Solutions AUS as our outbound call centre for the 2024/2025 season. You may receive a call from them on our behalf, to discuss membership, ticketing and other promotions.If you receive a call from TME on our behalf, take comfort in knowing that they are an official partner of the Brisbane Heat in 2024/2025.For more information about any of the promotions, you can email TME directly at bblsupport@tmesolutions.com.au  or by contacting the Brisbane Heat Membership on membership@qldcricket.com.au or by calling 1800 GO HEAT.

    • Please note tracking emails will be sent within 10 days of purchase. Please check your junk folders for any emails. Please check your membership account that your email is correct. If you can still not see any tracking after 10 days of purchase, please email membership@brisbaneheat.com.au
    • If you have chosen to make use of our payment plan options your membership will be set to automatically renew in season 24/25.
    • Members will get information 2 weeks prior to the on-sale date for the 24/25 season: review of current membership, update details, advise Brisbane Heat of any changes and option to opt out.
    • Members will also receive an SMS 2 day before the on-sale date to remind them of the rolling renewal and any last changes to their account details or seat selection.
    • All members who paid via credit card or debit card in BBL13 regardless of whether payment was made upfront or monthly instalments are opted in for an autorenewal in for BBL14.
    • Members are reminded that it is their responsibility to ensure all account details are updated and current this includes names, addresses, credit card details and contact information (email/phone).
    • Instalments will commence on the 16th of July 2024.
    • Monthly payment plans can be split across either 5- or 4-month instalments.

    • The four-part available payment schedule is as follows:
      • Instalment 1 – July 16th 2024
      • Instalment 2 – September 3rd, 2024
      • Instalment 3 – October 3rd, 2024
      • Instalment 4 – November 6th, 2024
    • The five-part available payment schedule is as follows:
      • Instalment 1 – July 16th , 2024
      • Instalment 2 – August 3rd, 2024
      • Instalment 3 – September 3rd, 2024

    • The flexi pass membership is a pack of 10 or 6 tickets that can be used at any home game. You can use the flexi pass all in one game or spread them out over multiple games the choice is yours!
    • The Flexi Pass membership is fully digital and all barcodes for entry will be in your account, which you can share with your friends on the day.
    • Please follow the how to access membership to download your barcodes.
    • Member benefits also include 20% off general ticketing, presale advantage for finals, 10% off Merchandise, and access to member rewards.
    • The 5 Game membership is access to all 5 home Gabba BBL14 games and access to all WBBL home games in the WBBL10 season.
    • There are three types of seating Platinum, Gold and Silver ranking in different views of the ground.
    • The 5 Game membership includes a physical card and lanyard, however, can also be used digitally to scan in on game day.
    • Member benefits also include 20% off general ticketing, presale advantage for finals, 10% off Merchandise, and access to member rewards.
    • Please check-in at the Gate 2 membership office around the right-hand side of the Gate 2 Ticket office.
    • Staff will be present 10 mins before gates open until 10 overs into the first innings.
    • Please ensure you bring your membership BBL14 member ID in order to receive the items.
    • Only members who can show their member card or digital membership for 5 Games will be accepted.
    • Once you have purchased your membership, please login into your Brisbane Heat Ticketmaster account.
    • Go to membership details ‘my events tab’.
    • Choose Exchange Choice 1 – select event.
    • Choose exchange (disregard general admission)
    • Click Select All
    • Choose the game you wish to attend.
    • Choose the seats from the available sections.
    • Add into shopping cart and press continue (Will Show a $0.00 Balance)
    • Upon Review Click Submit.
    • You are ready to go! Now do this for Exchange Choice 2 for the 2nd game.

Merchandise

  • No, however, all BBL14 members caps can be purchase as an add-on for $44.99.

    • The Discount for merchandise on the Big Bash Shop website has been sent to your email address in the welcome email. Please use this upon checkout and you will receive 10% off.
    • The discount will also be found for 5 Game Members in the Membership Wallets sent out prior to the season.
